In regards to you comment about you request at work. Make your request more and more asinine. Start asking for things like pipe cleaners, caulk gun, 35 filing boxes, bubble mix. if they start giving you that crap you should be able to eventually be able to build something ergonomic for your hands. If that doesn't work, start requesting weapons.

I've noticed on your drawings that you tend to make limbs out of proportion. A good example is on this third page. Don't forget that the humerus is as long as the ulna and radius [that's fancy art school guy talk for 'upper arm bone' and 'forearm bones!'] and that the humerus ends a hair lower than where you draw the arm bend in the picture where the arm is holding the torch. you tend to do this more on zoomed out images than you do on close cropped ones, like in the second one [but not always]. Don't forget to play with SIZE when foreshortening. You always have great 'dramatic angles' [if you call them that in your sense of humor's case] and they tend to be cheapened by a stubby looking limb. Don't be afraid of going bigger. It's when it's SMALLER that we got a problem...THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID....NYEHEHEHAHAHAHEAH.
